Sundala Health Centre grew from the desire to create a centre for health and healing that focussed on custom built treatment strategies. Moving away from the necessity for over consumerism into a more simple way of encouraging self healing and education, owner and naturopath Leonie has created a comfortable and relaxing space to learn, inspire and heal. Sundala Health is one of Lismore’s most vibrant local owned businesses; with a boutique health store, a full naturopathic dispensary and natural health clinic.

Delivery service terms & conditions
Updates to Australia Post 'Signature on Delivery' service changes to 'Signature on Delivery with Authority to Leave' on 2nd April 2017. This means that unless there is no 'safe place' to leave a parcel, Australia Post will not leave a calling card. As proof of safe delivery, Australia Post will take a photograph of your parcel in this location. Instructions to leave - you can also leave special instructions (in the Additional Info during Checkout) for your parcel to be left in a safe location should you not be at home. Please note, however, that by doing so you take responsibility for any loss or damage after it is delivered. We suggest, that if no-one will be at home to sign for your parcel you use a work address for delivery of your order.
Incorrect Addresses and RTS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide Sundala Health with the correct shipping address for their order. Australia Post charges a fee for parcels that are Returned to Sender (RTS) and this fee will inevitably be passed onto the buyer if incorrect details were provided at the time of the order. Orders can be re-sent, only to correct addresses and at the expense of the buyer.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason, you have any concerns about any products sold to you by Sundala Health, please call or email us. We will endeavour to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Any refunds for orders using credit card details will be credited back to the original credit card that was used to place the order. If you are not satisfied with a product once you receive it, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days, unused and in a saleable condition with the original packaging, and we will refund your money (the buyer pays for all shipping costs). However, please contact us first to advise that you are returning the product. Should you believe the product is faulty, please contact us immediately to discuss the best course of action. Please do not return products without first contacting us. In the case of a faulty product, the first course of action is to have a replacement part or full product sent to you. In some circumstances and only after consultation with us faulty products can be returned to us for refund, buyer pays freight costs.
Please note – no refunds are available any custom-made or bespoke remedy prepared in our naturopathic dispensary with liquid herbs, homeopathics, flower essences or powdered herbs.
Eco Friendly Packing Materials
We are committed to the use of recycled packaging, in fact all of our orders are packed using recycled, biodegradable or degradable materials where possible. The white ‘foam’ like packaging material we use is bio-degradable (made from starch and water). The air cushions we use are bio-degradable, you can pierce them to expel the air and then put them in your compost. We only use a small amount of bubble wrap where essential, and this is recycled from the packing materials we receive from our suppliers, the green bubble wrap we use in degradable. Keep the cycle alive by re-using it! Read more on our updated packing policies.
We gladly offer a free gift wrapping service. Just let us know if you would like this when you check out in Additional Information when you reach the checkout.
Bursting with brightly colourful photos and easy to follow instructions is the Rawsome Vegan Cookbook by best-selling author Emily von Euw. Over 80 delicious and savoury recipes will guarantee you are getting your daily dose of veggies in a tasty and nutritious way.
The title of the book Rawsome Vegan Cookbook might leave you wondering...”is this a raw food book or a cookbook?” Well, it's both. Roughly the first half of the book is the raw section, and the second half is the cooked section. So whether it's summer or winter, whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or just eating a healthier range of foods, there's stacks of choices here to delight any palate. A different take on some classics like lasagne, macaroni cheese, channa masala and pizza, along with some variations on a selection of salads and soups.
Most of the ingredients in the recipes are readily available, although some of the less common mushrooms may be more tricky to find. The Rawsome Vegan Cookbook calls on you to make best use of farmers markets and local produce wherever possible, available, and affordable. It's worth noting here that there is no dessert/sweets section in this book, and there's no specific breakfast/lunch/dinner layout. In fact, the recipes seem to be designed for lunch and dinner meals (although no-one said you can't have falafel and lemon pepper spinach salad for brekky!)
The author, Emily, provides introductory notes and tips on ingredients, some prep work that's required for some of the dishes (like soaking nuts), and the kitchen equipment she uses – which is really just an oven, a mandolin slicer, and a blender.
Emily von Euw has previously written best selling books Rawsome Vegan Baking and 100 Best Juices, and writes her books in a conversational manner which makes it an easy read. At the back of the book is a list of recommended books and documentaries for anyone interested in finding out more about environmental and ethical implications of food production.
192 pages, full colour, soft cover.
