Our Online Store
What are your shipping prices?
Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout, just add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the shipping options. If you would like to ship to another location, simply click on the "Not shipping to ____" text, enter the suburb and post code and click the "Gather Shipping Rates" button. Please note, if you are viewing these options on your mobile, the shipping rates will be displayed in a drop down box, which needs to be opened to view fully.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our 'Quick-Pack Policy' at Sundala Health Centre means that your order will be packed and processed within one working day of us receiving your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking details and an estimated date of delivery from Australia Post. You can also view the Delivery Timetable for Standard Postage in Australia with Australia Post for more information.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We offer international shipping to New Zealand, Ireland, UK, Canada, USA, India and many countries in Europe using Australia Post Standard Parcel delivery, which includes parcel tracking for your order. Shipping options and prices will be displayed on the first page of checkout.
You have the product I want, but I want to buy more than you have in stock - how can I order more?
We take care to ensure that our online stock levels accurately reflect the stock we have on hand. We like to ensure our products are fresh, so for certain items may only keep limited stock on hand. If you wish to order more of an item, please contact us with details of the item you wish to purchase and the quantity required. We will contact you to provide you with availability of the item and an estimated time of arrival.
I have seen a product in your store in Lismore, but I can't find it in your online store - how do I order it online?
While we endeavour to have all of our products in our online store, it can take a little time to get all of these products online. Please contact us via phone or email if you can't find what you are looking for. Please note, we do not sell our practitioner only products through our online store.
How do I order a repeat bottle of my herbs or remedy online?
Regular clients of our naturopathic clinic are able to order repeats of their remedy through our dispensary (in store) or online. You may wish to phone ahead to speak with our naturopath to ensure that a repeat is appropriate for your health needs and to order your herbs or remedy for pick-up. To order online, simply type "my remedy" into the search bar on our website (top right of the page) and then select from Homeopathic Remedy, Herbal Powder or Herbal Tincture and the size appropriate to your needs. Our naturopath oversees all of these transactions and may contact you to discuss your formula if necessary.
Can I purchase through your online store and then pick-up in store?
Yes, you can pick-up from our boutique health store in Lismore, just select the 'pick-up in store' option when you reach the checkout. It is helpful if you add a note in the 'additional information' box to let us know when you will be in to collect your goodies. Orders to collect in store will be held for one week only.
Our Herbal Dispensary
My practitioner has prescribed me some herbal remedies, can you dispense them for me?
Yes, we can, just ensure that you have the script from your naturopath or herbalist and we can dispense a repeat of your herbal remedy for you.
Do you sell practitioner only products?
Yes, we do have a range of practitioner only products. These must be dispensed by our naturopath or you must bring a script from your practitioner for us to provide these items through our dispensary. As practitioner only products are, as they sound, for practitioner prescribing only, we do not sell any of these items through our online store.
Your naturopath prescribed some herbs for me before - do I need to make an appointment for a repeat bottle?
In many cases, we can dispense a repeat bottle of your herbal or homeopathic remedy to keep you going until your next appointment. You may wish to phone ahead to ensure that your herbal remedy is still suitable for your health needs.

How do I make an appointment with the Naturopath?
If you would like to book for an appointment with our Naturopath, you can contact us via email, phone or visit us at our health centre in Lismore. You may wish to briefly discuss some heatlh requirements before your appointment so that we can make best use of your appointment time and assess the most suitable consultation type for your needs.
I work 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday - am I able to book an appointment outside of regular business hours?
Yes, we have early morning, late afternoon and Saturday appointments available for those working business hours. Please contact our naturopathic clinic to arrange a time suitable for your needs.
Naturopathic appointments are available on Saturdays and out of office hours for those with busy schedules.
