Shipping Australia

We use Australia Post eParcel for shipping of all orders shipped throughout Australia:

  • $8.50 for orders up to 500g
  • $10.95 for orders 500g - 5kg
  • $20 for orders over 5kg
  • We also offer free shipping for orders over $100 – this is calculated at checkout; just remember to select the free shipping option.

Using Australia Post eParcel ensures that your order arrives safe and secure and tracking is provided with this service (signature required on delivery).

In most cases, you will receive your goods within 5 working days of placing your order. See below for more detailed delivery times to your area.

Delivery service terms & conditions

  • If no-one is at home when Australia Post delivers your order, you should receive a 'calling card' explaining where to collect the parcel from the Post Office
  • If no-one will be at home during the day, you might consider having the order shipped to a work address.
  • Instructions to leave - you can also leave special instructions (in the Additional Info during Checkout) for the order to be left in a safe location should you not be at home. Please note, however, that by doing so you take responsibility for any loss or damage after it is delivered.

International shipping

We are in the process of introducing International shipping for many of our online items. We now have international shipping to the UK using Australia Post "Pack and Track" for orders up to 2kg in weight and Express Post International for orders over 2kg in weight. Both international shipping methods include tracking details for your order. To find out the postage costs for your location, simply use or "postage estimator" once you have your selected items in your cart.

Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy

If for any reason, you have any concerns about any products sold to you by Sundala Health, please call or email us. We will endeavour to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Any refunds for orders using credit card details will be credited back to the original credit card that was used to place the order. If you are not satisfied with a product once you receive it, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days, unused and in a saleable condition with the original packaging, and we will refund your money (the buyer pays for all shipping costs). However, please contact us first to advise that you are returning the product.   Should you believe the product is faulty, please contact us immediately to discuss the best course of action. Please do not return products without first contacting us. In the case of a faulty product, the first course of action is to have a replacement part or full product sent to you. In some circumstances and only after consultation with us faulty products can be returned to us for refund, buyer pays freight costs.

Please note – no refunds are available any custom-made or bespoke remedy prepared in our naturopathic dispensary with liquid herbs, homeopathics, flower essences or powdered herbs.

Packing Materials

Environmentally Friendly Packaging  

We are committed to the use of recycled packaging. The white ‘foam’ like packaging material we use is bio-degradable (made from starch and water). The air cushions we use are bio-degradable, you can pierce them to expel the air and then put them in your compost. We only use a small amount of bubble wrap where essential, and this is recycled from the packing materials we receive from our suppliers. Keep the cycle alive by re-using it!
