A Collection of Smoothie Recipes

Summer is just around the corner and smoothie time is upon us. Below we have some different suggestions for protein smoothies, with flavour, herbs, spices and a little variety.

Each recipe is for one person, we suggest using a personal blender such as our Tribest or Magic Bullet blenders to make your smoothie on the run. We haven't added any sweeteners to our smoothie recipes, but you can add a little to suit your taste, also adding a few ice blocks makes for a deliciously refreshing smoothie.


Matcha Green Tea Smoothie

Tweety Bird Smoothie

½ banana

one big slice of fresh pineapple

2 T of protein powder

¼ teaspoon of organic turmeric powder

a big pinch of organic ginger powder

1 cup of your choice of milk


The Garfield Smoothie

3-4 T of pureed pumpkin

2 T of protein powder

a big pinch of each organic spices: cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg

1 cup of your choice of milk


Incredible Hulk Smoothie

½ small ripe avocado

1/4-1/2 teaspoon of Matcha Green Tea Powder

2 T protein powder

1 cup of your choice of milk


Jackie Brown Smoothie

1 small ripe banana

1 teaspoon of organic carob powder

2 T protein powder

one big pinch of organic cinnamon powder and cardamom powder

1 cup of your choice of milk
